Have been using this app for a year or so and find that it works really well. I buy packs of 50 cards (for $5) and find the price is worth it for the value of being able to have the contact info I need when I need it. The great part of this app is just that fact that it works really well and is accurate. Its one less thing to think about really. Im happy with it.

I tried the app tonight to feed Salesforce For 1 card it originally said 10 minutes Here I am 30 minutes later watching the wheel spin I tried it but do not face time for this

With the recent addition to buy cards as needed, this app is perfect! Been looking for an app that gets business cards into my phone! This one worked perfectly. It takes 5-10 minutes for the workers to get the card data, but it worked like a charm! I can login to the Web version and manage the data; even copy to Gmail! The new Zapier support is outstanding.

This app saved me SO much time at conferences last year. Syncing to Salesforce with a Zapier connection to my Gmail made the input of contact info and follow up so incredibly easy. Its the best.

This app worked amazingly I just set it up imported all the cards I picked up at a conference and it integrated through Zapier to my CRM and Im good to go

Limited storage. Not helpful for long. Then it becomes a not free app.

You must double check every card they transcribe. Ive caught numerous errors - which makes the service pretty much worthless. If I have to go back and spellcheck names or accuracy check phone numbers/email addresses, I might as well do it myself or hire my own VA. Be warned.

Ive been using the app since beta. They keep adding features and its been great. The app syncs all my address books and I dont have to think about it. Original image of scanned card is retained and you can add a picture of the person.

Efficient and organized

Although it comes at a cost, this card reader is well worth the money. It eliminates procrastinating in entering your potential clients cards and losing business. Your time is money. It is well worth the cost.

As a copier salesman 90% of the job is making cold calls in the field. So you can imagine how many business cards a rep can have. This App not only transcribes it without error to salesforce, but also puts it on my iPhone with all the proper contact information.I never have to look for a card to call on a prospect again. If this app was able to create a Salesforce account instead of a lead or contact only, I would have given it five stars. However four out of the five is not bad. If your copier rep or any kind of salesman this is a must have.

This app has elevated my relationship building game! Because I meet so many people I have a stack of business cards a mile high. Wanted an app that would take pics of cards and push that data into a CRM. FullContact does that and then some. Centralizing my contacts across all accounts is killer.

Managing contacts has never been so easy, being able to automatically eliminate duplicate contacts was great. Anybody involved in business needs Fullcontact!

I love how it links up with zapper.com. (If you dont use zapier - youre wrong) I take a pic of anything with a name/address/phone (sometimes a Google places screenshot!) and a human transcribes into a contact. With zapier, it then: 1. Creates a new contact in my PipeDrive CRM, then creates a new Deal, then creates a new note in Msft OneNote (for my face to face meeting notes) and then it sends email to my rep to protect the account from other sales reps poaching it. One pic does it all!

Absolutely perfect! The best card reader ever!

Im not sure whos writing the reviews but they cant be from real users! I scanned 4 business cards and submitted them for transcription. ONE was transcribed in an hour and it had errors. The other 3 business cards were still processing FOUR hours later! As the saying goes "aint nobody got time for all that!" Why would I pay $90 - $100 per year for a transcription service that is inaccurate, and worse yet not timely?!?? NO THANKS!!

The app is actually pretty cool in theory. However, I use sales force and need the integration of contacts into Salesforce. Although, I enter my credentials and try to sync, it never connects. I then looked all over there webpage for a number to call and all I found were blogs and videos of how to setup salesforce. PEOPLE WANT SOMEONE TO TALK TO WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG! Full Contact needs to learn that.

I really like this app. Works well in scanning cards 100% accurately. Interfaces with my iPhone contacts. The one thing I wish it did is interface with its own Full Contact data base.
